| COURSE DESCRIPTION This course covers the fundamentals of motion control and electro-mechanical devices. Topics include: safety, control wiring, and components including: sensors, solenoids, electrical actuators, timers, counters, indicators, motors, motion controllers, robotics, feedback systems, servo-mechanisms, linear control devices, and rotary control devices. Students will also learn troubleshooting methods in electro-mechanical systems. (2 Credits) (0 Lecture, 2 Lab, 0 On the Job Training.)
